1. Fulfillment Facility & Dispatch Schedule

• Fulfillment Origin: All domestic and cross-border consignments originate from our primary warehousing and biomedical testing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India (PIN: 247667).
• Processing Window: In-stock medical devices and consumables are clinically inspected, calibrated, and packed for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours following 100% advance payment realization or formal Letter of Credit (LC) confirmation.
• Custom Hospital Setups: Turnkey packages requiring pre-configuration (e.g. customized multi-parameter monitor racks or multi-gas anesthesia configurations) are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Domestic Pan-India Delivery & Freight Rates

• Bulk Clinic & Hospital Supply: For full institutional orders and bulk distributor supplies, heavily subsidized or complimentary Free Surface Freight is extended across India.
• Transit Insurance: All domestic dispatches travel under comprehensive multi-peril marine/transit insurance coverage until delivery signature at your healthcare premises.

3. Worldwide Export Logistics & Freight Itemization

SMD MEDICARE exports medical capital goods to over 100 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. Because capital medical machines range from 5 kg (portable monitors) to 180 kg (anesthesia systems and dialysis stations), static automated shipping fees cannot be charged accurately online.

4. International Incoterms, Duties & Customs

• Recognized Export Incoterms: We contract under standard ICC Incoterms 2020, including CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), CFR, FOB (Free on Board Indian Seaports/Airports), and EXW (Ex-Works Roorkee / New Delhi ICD).
• Customs Documentation: SMD MEDICARE supplies full statutory export documentation: Certificate of Origin (COO), Commercial Tax Invoice, Packing List with Net/Gross weights, Phytosanitary certification for crates, and OEM Warranty Dossiers.
• Import Tariffs & Customs Clearance: Unless expressly contracted under DDP terms, destination customs clearance, import tariffs, VAT/GST, and local regulatory port inspection fees are the responsibility of the importing hospital or local medical distributor.
